Absolutely! We offer direct primary care (DPC) memberships that provide holistic care for all your health needs. Whether you’re focused on weight loss or not, our DPC services give you access to ongoing support for managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and more. This feature is coming soon! The cost of Phase 1 is $350 (without medications) or $600/month (with medications). Phase 2 starts at $200/month for biweekly visits or $600/month for weekly visits with medications. All plans are HSA/FSA eligible for your convenience.
Medications are optional! We offer compound Tirzepatide for patients without insurance coverage, which can be gentler for those who experience side effects from other medications. Your plan is completely customized based on your needs, and medication is just one tool in our comprehensive weight loss approach. There are some patients that will need more than one weight loss medication and those that will need none. We are equipped to treat everyone!
In-person visits are available for our Atlanta and Metro Atlanta patients. For those outside of Atlanta or who prefer the convenience of virtual care, we offer telehealth consultations to ensure you’re always supported.
